This includes hiring several Group CIOs at financial institutions such as JPMorgan and Barclays, where he ran MD and Director technology hiring for the past 10 years. His early career was on the agency side as a Partner in global search firms and since 2012 he has been an MD running high performing in house recruiting teams.
